The CAUDIT Leadership Institute (CLI) is a dynamic, immersive program designed to enhance the leadership skills of Australian and New Zealand University information professionals. The program has been developed for information technology, information resources and eResearch managers within higher education who aspire to senior leadership positions, and who have had several years of management experience. Members of the CAUDIT Leadership Institute faculty are senior information technology and information resources professionals in higher education, drawn from Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. The decision was made to defer the program to 2022 so networking opportunities and intimate one-on-one discussions with the faculty and peers remains accessible to participants in the most impactful format. The value of the CLI program run as a 5 day intensive residential program is sought after by those in IT, Library and eResearch whether new to the higher education sector, or existing staff seeking to build their portfolio and strengthen their careers.
