The new CAUDIT Fellows Award was launched at the 2021 Spring Members Meeting. The award replaces, but continues the tradition of, the Meritorious Service Award which has acknowledged the contribution of members and CAUDIT associates from 2000 to 2019. The Honours Board for those awards includes 26 esteemed Higher Education and Research technology sector leaders. Let’s celebrate them, the ones who’ve paved the way to the digital era we inhabit today.
CAUDIT Fellows can be nominated on retirement or leaving the higher education or research sector, with one of the following criteria:
As the global pandemic reaches the close of a second year of living and working in an enhanced digital environment, we continue to evolve our expectations of the digital event experience. Over 70 people registered to join CAUDIT executive, members and staff for a full day of keynotes, panel discussions and some (but not nearly enough) old-fashioned human networking on our interesting new virtual platform. Feedback tells us that we could have left guests to their own devices for much longer – as people really enjoyed moving from table to table and catching up with friends and colleagues.
It’s October and we are excited to bring you the newly-developed, highly-anticipated Partner Program.

Recently the BA community has warmly welcomed their new Chair, Janet Green, Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Process Improvement, Deakin University.
Janet has been working in the Higher Ed sector for 13 years and over that time has worked in Business Analysis, Change Management and PMO management roles.
With Janet now on board, the community has also made the move from Yammer to MS Teams. As the community hasn't had a Chair since 2018, we are excited to have Janet promote fresh engagement within the community.
