Priority Vendor Negotiations

CAUDIT is focussing discussions on a small number of priority vendors during 2018, with other vendors being fast-tracked via a simplified process.  Target vendors have been identified based upon renewal dates and member priorities as established as part of the 2017 Strategic Procurement Survey.

• Microsoft — Development of a new multi-year agreement for software (based upon EES 2017).
• Adobe — Exploration and development of a sector-wide agreement with Adobe in partnership with UPH.
• ServiceNow — Exploration and development of a new model for ServiceNow based upon EFTSL/FTE metrics (noting that approximately 28 members currently make use of ServiceNow).
• Oracle — Exploration of opportunities to improve Oracle pricing, working with HES and other industry groups as required.
